NEW! Registration is open now for our Travel Basketball Summer Training program held July 7th through July 28th. This basketball training program is for girls and boys who will be in grade 5-8 for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and have previously played on a travel basketball team in the Fairfax County Youth Basketball League (FCYBL) or house basketball players aspiring to improve and ultimately play at the travel basketball level. The training sessions are held on Tuesday evenings in a Herndon area school. Register soon - there is a limit of 20 participants per group!

Registration for the Fall-Winter 2026-2027 season opens August 1st.

We have the following travel basketball teams for the Fall-Winter 2026-2027 season:

· Boys Grade 5 (B5)

· Boys Grade 6 (B6)

· Boys Grade 7 (B7)

· Boys Grade 8 (B8)

· Girls Grade 7-8 (G8)

Open gym starts the week of September 7th - check the Basketball Event Calendar in early September for team location, dates, and times.

Team tryouts start the week of September 28th and complete by October 9th - check the Basketball Event Calendar in early September for team location, dates, and times.

Games start the week of November 30th.

There are no games during the FCPS Winter Break period.

Playoff/championship games complete no later than March 15th.
